Rules

The judges decision is final in all quizzes and quest competitions and products sold. (statutory Consumer rights applying) We reserve the right to change prizes for an equivalent, or one of equal value. Prizes are none transferable and have a cash equivalent of 0.1P

If multiple winners are possible in a competition - the winner will be drawn at random. No winners at all will be at the judges discretion dependant on entries and fund raised.

We will not enter into disputes, claims or losses incurred in the use of any of our products, material or web site information.

As we cannot predict the amount an event will raise for a charity, we reserve the right to flex donated funds or donate a sum of money to the charity.

This will be displayed on our just giving page. A small fund will be reserved for our operating costs and materials. Donations promised to us are in good faith, and will be awarded as intended, but we reserve the right to cancel or change that prize should a third party withdraw their  donation at short notice.

It is our genuine aim to donate much needed funds to our nominated charities.
